For several months I had been plagued by a shoulder injury that just wouldn't go away by itself. After a brief consultation with James, he determined the exact muscles affected and booked me in for my first session.
James does more than just massage knots out. He assesses your posture, balance and flexibility and adjusts his programme to match.
James explains everything in detail, lets you know exactly what the issues are, and warns you when something is about to hurt (it's necessary but brief).
After just one session, James got my shoulder back to almost normal. We are still working on other things he picked up in the process. After my last session I felt 20 years younger.
I would describe this service as a 'scientific massage', in that one's muscles get rearranged into their optimal position. James achieves exactly this. Thanks!

Amazing, best remedial massage ever

Friendly and professional and has a wealth of knowledge - massage was one of the best I’ve had in a a long time too.

I have had back and shoulder issues for ages but never thought to try Remedial Massage. Now I've given it a go and I was extremely pleased with the experience - and the results!
