I have had back and shoulder issues for ages but never thought to try Remedial Massage. Now I've given it a go and I was extremely pleased with the experience - and the results! James is very re-assuring and, quite obviously, very good at his craft. He works in a comfortable, relaxing environment and I have no hesitation in highly recommending him.

It made perfect sense to initially massage my muscles to a relaxed state then apply more pressure as required whilst all the time explaining & checking in that I was ok.
I felt enormous relief from the massage & feel more in tune with my body.
